Why Maguire misses our Tour 2022 opener

Tuesday 12 July 2022 13:07

Manchester United captain Harry Maguire will miss the opening match of our Tour 2022 against Liverpool due to a slight knock.

The skipper trained individually on Monday and away from the group at our open session. He has not been included in the matchday squad to take on the Merseyside club as a result.

Harry is in attendance at the Rajamangala Stadium, as you can see via our arrivals video below, and he will watch on from the sideline.

Every pre-season game - starting with United v Liverpool (14:00 BST today) - will be shown live on MUTV, now available in our app and on ManUtd.com.
