Ruben confident of Europa League final success
Ruben Amorim is confident his Manchester United team will come good in Bilbao on Wednesday and win the Europa League.
The Reds have endured a poor season in the Premier League and remain 16th after the 1-0 loss at Chelsea but have the chance to provide some real cheer for the supporters with victory against Tottenham Hotspur at San Mames.
Spurs are still a place below us in the table, after their 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa, and stand in the way of a major piece of silverware and a spot in next season's Champions League.
The stakes could not be higher for what promises to be a nerve-shredding occasion in the Basque Country, but the boss saw what he wanted from his players at Stamford Bridge and is in a positive frame of mind ahead of the 20:00 BST kick-off.

"Of course, we have to believe," asserted Amorim after the game in the capital. "I am really confident. I feel that my players are ready for this game.
"They know what it means, not just for us but for our fans and for the club. After this season, we are ready to fight for the one thing that can help us remember this season in a different way.
"So I am really confident.
"We are living a season that is really strange because we are doing so well in Europe but, in the Premier League, we struggle.
"But we will be prepared for the final. It's a different context and a different game. The most important thing is the change in mentality in my team. They compete and that is the most important thing for me."
United are unbeaten in European competition in 2024/25 and, of course, defeated favourites Athletic Club, 7-1 on aggregate in the semi-final.
The pressure on both sides in midweek will be incredibly intense but the Reds will now prepare in the best way possible for a huge night, when we will have the passionate backing, as always, from our magnificent supporters in Bilbao.
