Amorim's transfer update
Ruben Amorim has reiterated that he wants to keep Kobbie Mainoo at Manchester United.
Our head coach was asked to provide a transfer update ahead of Monday night's deadline during his press conference to preview Saturday's Premier League game against Burnley at Old Trafford.
When quizzed on the futures of Mainoo, Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho, who have all been subject of much speculation, the boss insisted he cannot comment on any deals that have not been made official but is keen for Mainoo to fight for his place because he will be granted more opportunities.

PRESS CONFERENCE | Ruben Amorim previews Saturday's Premier League game against Burnley...
"Until it's official, I cannot say much," he declared. "I want Kobbie to say.
"He needs to fight for his place and we need Kobbie. That's not going to change.
"I understand the players not playing in this moment are disappointed. Everyone will have the same opportunity to play. You have to fight."
Mainoo made his first appearance of the campaign in the Carabao Cup tie against Grimsby Town on Wednesday, and provided an assist for Bryan Mbeumo's goal in the 2-2 draw that preceded the exit on penalties.
The window will close at 19:00 BST on Monday, and any confirmation of transfers will appear on our official channels.
