Send us your questions for Cavani
Edinson Cavani will be the latest Red to take part in our Fan Q&A series, so we want your questions for the talismanic no.7.
This follows other interviews where supporters posed questions to the players, including Bruno Fernandes, Dan James, Mason Greenwood, Scott McTominay and also the boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, to name just a few.
A Cavani edition is bound to be a popular one with supporters and we'd love you to submit questions for Edinson now.
There's certainly plenty to ask our hugely popular Uruguayan striker, whether it be about his interests off the pitch, his team-mates or his most memorable United goal so far – the choice is yours.
We'll pick a selection of the best to ask him and then you can look out on our channels to watch the interview in full – and see if your question is put to the man himself.
The manager spoke positively about Cavani's fitness during a press conference last week, after the striker returned to training following an extended summer break.
“Edinson’s always looked after himself,” Ole told journalists. “Of course, he’s lacking in team training, in football training but he’s been looking after himself and you can see that.
“He had different reasons as to why he was late, personal reasons, but his body can tolerate a lot. It wasn’t that he needed those extra days physically.
“He’s chomping at the bit, he’s ready to go and let’s see how much we can get out of him early on.”
It currently remains to be seen if Cavani will be available for Sunday's Premier League match against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
