Team news for Burnley encounter
Darren Fletcher has revealed that Manchester United hope to welcome Bruno Fernandes and Mason Mount back into the squad for the Premier League game at Burnley on Wednesday.
Under-18s coach Fletcher is taking charge of the side for the trip to Turf Moor, following the departure of Ruben Amorim on Monday morning.
During a press conference held at Carrington, he supplied the good news regarding the midfield pair and added that there would be assessments over the fitness of other players taking place before the 20:15 GMT kick-off.
“Mason and Bruno were pushing to play against Leeds. The decision was that they weren’t quite ready, so they’ve trained,” he said.

Fletcher did state that their minutes would need to be managed, with another game to come at the weekend, the Emirates FA Cup third-round tie against Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford.
“They should be back in the squad, but they’ll be on managed minutes as well, restricted minutes because obviously they’ve just returned to training," Darren added.
“That’s good news, especially the fact that they’ve been in good form. Mason Mount’s form has been fantastic and we don’t have to speak about Bruno.
“He’s the captain, he’s the leader of the team so to have them available for selection is great news for me and for the players and for the club and for the fans.”
Central defenders Matthijs de Ligt and Harry Maguire have been out of action due to injury, as has midfielder Kobbie Mainoo.
Noussair Mazraoui's Morocco and Bryan Mbeumo's Cameroon meet on Friday in the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations, while Amad is on duty for Ivory Coast against Burkina Faso this evening (Tuesday).
Joshua Zirkzee performed well when coming on at Leeds United last time out, after Leny Yoro's introduction to the side for the Dutchman was the only change to the XI that drew with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

BURNLEY'S TEAM NEWS
Clarets boss Scott Parker is keen to welcome Lyle Foster and ex-Red Hannibal back into the fray after they were knocked out of AFCON. Axel Tuanzebe, another United Academy graduate, is still away, though, and fellow defender Maxime Esteve has been battling to be fit in time.
"Hannibal will come back," said Parker at his press conference to preview the game. "He came back this morning and trained this morning so, hopefully, we'll have him available. Lyle will fly in tonight, it's long travel so we'll see how he gets in, whether he'll be available tomorrow. Everyone else, it's how we were really."
Josh Cullen's long-term absence is a blow to the hosts, with Zeki Amdouni, Joe Worrall, Zian Flemming, Jordan Beyer and Connor Roberts also sidelined.
