Line-ups from Craven Cottage: Fulham v United

Sunday 24 August 2025 15:15

Ruben Amorim has named his Manchester United team to take on Fulham in our second Premier League game of the new season.

The 16:30 BST kick-off at Craven Cottage is an opportunity for the Reds to get up and running as far as our points tally is concerned, following last weekend's narrow 1-0 defeat to Arsenal.

Amorim has made one change to his starting XI as we bid to do that, with Amad coming in to replace Diogo Dalot, likely at right-wing-back.

So, it's Altay Bayindir in goal, in front of an expected back three of Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Luke Shaw - the latter set to make his 200th Premier League appearance for the Reds.

The incoming Amad and Patrick Chinazaekpere Dorgu look to be the wing-backs, flanking a midfield two of Casemiro and captain Bruno Fernandes, if it is to be Amorim's preferred 3-4-2-1 system.

Further ahead, we should see a fluid attacking trio of Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha and Mason Mount. Cunha started as the striker, either side of Mbeumo and Mount who began as the two attacking midfielders, last weekend.

Our nine-man bench features the returning Andre Onana, the aforementioned Dalot and new striker Benjamin Sesko, who could be called upon as a substitute for the second successive game.
