Premier League announces three fixture changes

Tuesday 15 March 2022 16:00

The Premier League has confirmed the dates and kick-off times for three of Manchester United's remaining games in 2021/22.

The Reds' trip to Anfield to face long-time rivals Liverpool will now take place on Tuesday 19 April at 20:00 BST, after initially being postponed due to the Merseysiders' involvement in the Emirates FA Cup quarter-finals this coming weekend.

Four days later (Saturday 23 April), we travel to the Emirates Stadium to meet Arsenal, in a game that could prove pivotal to the top-four race (kick-off 12:30 BST).

The final fixture to be affected by the latest schedule revisions is our home game versus Brentford, which will now take place at 20:00 BST on Monday 2 May.

The Liverpool and Brentford games will be shown live on Sky Sports in the UK, while the Arsenal match is set to be broadcast by BT Sport.

It's worth noting that the Brentford fixture could yet be subject to further adjustment, if United are still involved in the UEFA Champions League come early May.

United's home game with Norwich City on Saturday 16 April will remain a 15:00 BST kick-off.

Details of our other two top-flight games in April were confirmed last month, with Leicester City visiting Old Trafford on Saturday 2 April (17:30 BST kick-off), seven days before our trip to relegation-threatened Everton (12:30 BST kick-off).
