Travelling squad for semi-final first leg

Whether the pair, who returned from injury lay-offs to participate in Wednesday's open training at Carrington, will be named in the actual matchday squad is yet to be confirmed.

A larger group has been selected as there is due to be a session locally on Friday morning, which will feature youngsters, including Chido Obi and Sekou Kone, who are not eligible to play in the Europa League. 

Altay Bayindir is available again, while Tyler Fredricson, who made his senior debut in the recent loss to Wolves, is included, along with wide players Bendito Mantato and Jaydan Kamason.

Athletic Club boss Ernesto Valverde has ruled leading goalscorer Oihan Sancet out of the game, but he could still feature in the return fixture at Old Trafford next week.

Friday's training session in the Basque Country will begin the preparations for United's Premier League clash at Brentford on Sunday, before the semi-final second leg in M16.
