Vote for Women's Player of the Month

Thursday 23 October 2025 14:00

Voting is now open for Manchester United Women's latest Player of the Month award.

The Reds were unbeaten in October, drawing 1-1 with champions Chelsea in the opening game of the month before recording three straight victories.

Narrow 1-0 wins over Valerenga and Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Women's Champions League bookended a 4-1 come-from-behind league success at Everton.

There were plenty of standout performers across that quartet of matches, but we picked out four for you to vote from.

Scroll down to see who is in the running to succeed Elisabeth Terland, who has claimed both prizes so far in 2025/26...

Which Red gets your vote as Player of the Month for October?

MAYA LE TISSIER

Appearances: 4 Goals: 1 Clean sheets: 2

The skipper continued her long run of consecutive United starts - you'd have to go back almost three years to find the last Reds XI without Maya's name included - and led from the front as the Reds made it a perfect start to the Champions League campaign.

Le Tissier tucked away her spot-kick against Valerenga to settle that game in Leigh, and was then integral to our defensive rearguard as we kept Atletico at bay following Dominique Janssen's red card.

JESS PARK

Appearances: 2(1) Goals: 2 Assists: 0

The winner of the WSL's Player of the Month prize is bidding to make it a double, having continued her energetic and impressive start to life on the red side of the city.

Her two-goal cameo as a substitute at Everton is the obvious highlight, but Jess's all-action performance against Chelsea at the beginning of the month should not be forgotten, as she regularly bulldozed through the champions' midfield in one of the most entertaining games of the season so far.

ANNA SANDBERG

Appearances: 4 Goals: 1 Clean sheets: 2

After mainly appearing as a substitute during her first campaign, Anna has made the left-back position her own in 2025/26.

The Swede scored a belter to get off the mark as a Red against Chelsea, lashing the ball home on the half-volley from the edge of the area, and played a part in the two Champions League clean sheets.

JULIA ZIGIOTTI OLME

Appearances: 3(1) Goals: 0 Assists: 0

Julia's attacking stats may not be as impressive as those of her competitors, but the Swede has quickly established herself as a lynchpin in the United midfield, since her summer move.

Her most decisive individual contribution was the flick that was handled by a Valerenga player in the box, leading to Le Tissier's penalty, but generally our no.18 knits the team together and her partnership with Hinata Miyazawa is becoming stronger by the week.
