Manchester United Under-18s host Liverpool on Saturday morning, in a game which is being broadcast live on MUTV.

Travis Binnion’s side can record consecutive victories, after the thrilling 3-2 triumph at Blackburn Rovers last week, in the U18 Premier League meeting with our Merseyside rivals.

Ahead of the match at Carrington, here’s everything you need to know…

HOW TO FOLLOW

Kick-off at Carrington is set for 11:00 GMT, and you can watch the action live on MUTV.

In addition to the live television coverage, which begins at 10:45 GMT, you will be able to find updates - including the team news - in the United App. Highlights will be available to watch across our official platforms shortly after the full-time whistle.

THE SCENE-SETTER

Three points separate the two sides in the Under-18 Premier League North table, with United in third and Liverpool in sixth. Binnion’s side have played three less games than the Merseysiders, and sit eight points off top spot, which is currently occupied by Manchester City.

United won 3-2 away to Blackburn last time out, with Jayce Fitzgerald, Daniel Kavanagh and Jack Kingdon scoring our goals.

Liverpool, on the other hand, come into Saturday’s match on the back of a 2-2 draw in the Merseyside derby, against Everton last week.

We last met with this weekend's opponents in our second game of the season, back in August. Liverpool won that one 4-2 on home soil, and our young Reds will no doubt want to put that right when our rivals visit Carrington this weekend.

Watch United's Under-18s take on Liverpool live on MUTV this Saturday, with coverage beginning at 10:45 GMT.
