What's in the latest magazine?
The September 2022 edition of our official monthly club magazine, Inside United, is available to buy now.
Erik ten Hag’s three signings so far feature on the front cover. Christian Eriksen, Lisandro Martinez and Tyrell Malacia sport the home strip, with each of the new boys looking to wear it with distinction in 2022/23.
Captain Harry Maguire gives the magazine an exclusive in-depth interview inside, with the skipper speaking openly and with great insight on the new Erik ten Hag regime, explaining that it will take time to fully implement the manager’s ideas on the pitch and admitting the Reds can’t expect to be the finished article in these early stages of the season.
Our no.5 promises fans that the players will offer their utmost hard work, fight and pride in the badge going forward.
The aforementioned trio of cover stars feature inside the mag as well, via transcripts of Eriksen and Martinez’s welcome interviews plus a reminder of Christian’s record against the Reds in other colours (two goals, five assists – all forgiven now!)
There's also a recap of Lisandro’s footballing backstory so far (earning his stripes in his Argentine homeland before venturing into Europe with Ajax), plus a look at Tyrell’s first month as a Manchester United player, from signing through to senior debut.
Elsewhere, there’s a focus on Jadon Sancho as he aims to carry his eye-catching pre-season form into the campaign proper, plus there’s plenty of anticipation for United Women’s season ahead – especially given the Euros bounce the squad will benefit from, and with the raft of exciting new signings made, six of whom are introduced and profiled in a welcome feature.
With match previews, Academy focus, a big historical piece charting 100 years of club history and much more across 100 pages, there’s loads for readers to get their teeth into.
Inside United September 2022 edition is on sale now in retailers, in the Megastore, around Old Trafford on matchdays (at a special discounted price if you buy it with the matchday programme – ask for the ‘double deal’), or it can be bought or subscribed to online here.
