Where does Bruno rank for assists?
Bruno Fernandes made it 12 assists for the season in the Premier League by setting up goals for Casemiro and Benjamin Sesko in the 3-2 win over Fulham.
The Manchester United captain continues to rack up the numbers in the red shirt, and he leads the way in the 2025/26 top flight for this metric.
His seven assists from set-plays is also a league high, he's created more chances than anybody else (from open play and set-pieces) and is shining in a more advanced role of late, being a key influence in the run of three successive victories under head coach Michael Carrick.
Fernandes's assists in 2025/26
Bruno Fernandes took his assists tally for the season to 12 after setting up two more goals against Fulham...
It is worth noting at this point that the Premier League record for assists in a single season is shared by Thierry Henry (Arsenal) and Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City).
Both managed to hit 20, in 2002/03 and 2019/20 respectively, and it remains a lofty target with 14 games to go this term.
However, Bruno has mustered six in the five games he has played, in all competitions, since returning from a hamstring injury.
TOP PREMIER LEAGUE ASSISTS PER SEASON

When it comes to United's record tally in the division, that lies with David Beckham and his extraordinary output in the 1999/2000 campaign.
The England star managed 15 assists, which is the most by a Red in any single top-flight term since 1992.
Although Eric Cantona features in the overall list, for his contribution to the maiden Premier League season, five of his 16 assists were during his time at Leeds United, before making the controversial switch across the Pennines in November 1992.
So Becks is the man for Fernandes to hunt down, and, if he sets up one more goal, the 31-year-old will leap into joint-third in our own table.
