Manchester United made it back-to-back Premier League wins with an impressive display in the 2-0 victory over Everton on Saturday lunchtime.

The Reds followed up the slender midweek success against Brentford by sealing another important three points against Sean Dyche’s side at Old Trafford.

The triumph came courtesy of goals either side of the half-time break, with Scott McTominay’s strike putting us ahead on 36 minutes, before substitute Anthony Martial made sure of our success with a composed effort on 71 minutes.

With the home side hitting 29 shots, 11 of which were on target, there was a showreel of saves from England international shot-stopper Jordan Pickford in the opposition goal.

As several of our Reds caught the eye, there were many worthy candidates for our Man-of-the-Match award. But who did our fans vote as their winner?

The answer is Bruno Fernandes, who scooped 40 per cent of the votes, with a stylish display in a deeper role in midfield.

The Portugal international sprayed passes all over the pitch and produced a stunning showing, worthy of the award, following his Player of the Month triumph in March.

It is the third time in the last seven games he has been named our star performer.

McTominay finished in second spot, as he continues his impressive form, with 28 per cent of voters feeling he was the best Red on the day. Not only did he score but the Scotland international produced another all-action performance.

Marcus Rashford was third on eight per cent, with right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka just behind in fourth. Thank you to everyone who voted!
