Who was our Man of the Match against Atalanta?

Manchester United snatched a vital late point against Atalanta on Tuesday evening, which keeps the Reds top of Champions League Group F. But who was the star performer?

We asked fans on our Official App and ManUtd.com to decide, with thousands voting in our post-match poll following the full-time whistle.

United went behind twice in Bergamo, with the hosts scoring a goal in each half, via Josip Ilicic and Duvan Zapata, respectively.

But both times the Reds responded, thanks to two sublime goals from Cristiano Ronaldo. However, did the Portuguese manage to top our poll?

There were other impressive showings, despite a difficult game which was interrupted by Raphael Varane's unfortunate hamstring injury and a subsequent shift in the team's formation.

Eric Bailly – making only his second appearance of the season – produced a dramatic display of his own, making a stunning late block on a Zapata effort in the first half and several further interventions as we chased an equaliser late in the game.

Scott McTominay was also at his industrious best, while late substitutes Jadon Sacho and Donny van de Beek helped create uncertainty in the Italians' defence prior to Ronaldo's decisive stoppage-time volley.
But, unsurprisingly, it was Ronaldo who emerged as the clear winner of our Man of the Match award, taking a cool 69 per cent of the vote.

Bailly came in second, with a very healthy 26 per cent following his return to the starting XI.

And there were also votes for Bruno Fernandes, Scott McTominay, Donny van de Beek and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Congratulations to Cristiano!
