Biography
Manchester-born midfielder who arrived from Manchester City in 2023.
Jack was part of our Under-18s squad as the young Reds lifted three trophies, including the national league title. Fletcher started the 2024/25 season in excellent form, netting a fantastic long-range strike against Barnsley in the EFL Trophy. After training with the senior squad, Jack was included in a senior matchday squad for the first time in October 2024, for our Premier League victory over Brentford. He was also an unused substitute for games against West Ham and Chelsea in the following weeks. Continuing his development with our U18s and Under-21s squads, Fletcher was back on the first-team bench under Ruben Amorim, in both the Premier League and UEFA Europa League. He netted the opening goal in the FA Youth Cup quarter-final victory over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium and became a regular in Premier League 2.
