Harry Maguire has risen through the leagues to establish himself as one of the most reliable centre-backs in the game.
He joined United from Leicester City in August 2019 and was soon made club captain as he became a virtual ever-present for two seasons under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The England international has won the Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup during his time with the Reds, for whom he has now made over 200 appearances.
Although a centre-back by trade, Maguire is a real threat in the opposition’s penalty area and has become a reliable scorer for United, heading home a famous winner to complete a remarkable 5-4 comeback victory over Lyon in April 2025.
