Stoke-born Jayden Ngwashi joined Manchester United at the pre-Academy stage and signed scholarship forms in 2025.
Having played in both midfield and defence, Jayden made his Under-18s debut in the 2024/25 campaign under Adam Lawrence. After starting in a 3-1 home victory against Middlesbrough on 3 March, Ngwashi made a further four appearances at the level during the remainder of the campaign, and also earned his first playing time with the Under-21s, too.
Travis Binnion afforded the youngster two substitute appearances in defence in March Premier League 2 fixtures against Leeds United and West Bromwich Albion.
