A graduate of the Manchester United Academy, Keira Barry made her women’s first-team debut back in December 2022.
The forward, who was a member of our Under-21 WSL Academy League and Cup-winning side earlier that year, was introduced as a second-half substitute in a 4-0 victory for the Reds over Sheffield United.
Keira has been with the club since the age of 10 and was rewarded for her hard work in progressing through the ranks with her first professional contract, in August 2023.
At the time, she said: “I’m over the moon to sign professionally here and cannot wait to get going. Having come through United’s Academy, to now sign pro at this great club, is a really proud day for me and my family.”
Barry headed out on a season-long loan later that month, joining Crystal Palace for a historic 2023/24 campaign, in which the Eagles secured promotion to the Barclays Women’s Super League for the first time in their history, as Championship winners.
