What exactly is included with the Matchday Hospitality packages? Please see the details of each Matchday Hospitality package on our website at manutd.com/matchday-hospitality/suites

Is a match ticket included with Matchday Hospitality? Yes, all Matchday Hospitality packages include a guaranteed ticket for the game. Tickets can be accessed in the Manchester United official app as soon as you have purchased. Everything you need to know about app tickets can be found here.

What is the dress code? CASUAL DRESS CODE: Strictly no away team colours or tracksuits. No attire displaying offensive language or imagery. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable.

Is the date and kick off time set? No. Until confirmed, approximately 6 weeks prior to the game; any fixture date can change due to how games are shown on television and participation in other competitions. If your chosen game date or time does change, we will email you confirming this. With this in mind, it is important that you do not finalise any travel arrangements until the date and kick-off time of the fixture is confirmed. The best way to keep up to date with all our fixtures is by regularly visiting manutd.com/fixtures

Can I bring guests that support the away team? Yes, but away supporters are requested to adhere to the dress code and cannot wear away team colours including scarfs. Away supporters must respect that all Matchday Hospitality seating is in the home end and must conduct themselves accordingly. The Club reserves the right to eject any guest that has been deemed to have acted inappropriately, in line with our Matchday Hospitality Terms and Conditions which can be found at manutd.com/terms

Do you cater for dietary requirements? Yes, if you have specific requirements including but not limited to halal, kosher or any allergies please inform us of this no later than 5 days prior to the fixture by emailing matchday.hospitality@manutd.co.uk Should we not be able to adhere to any requests, a member of the hospitality team will be in contact with you to advise.

What draft beer and cider do you serve? Draught Lager – Madri Draught Bitter - Worthingtons Bottled Lager – Staropramen and Pravha Non-Alcohol Lager – Bavaria Bottled Cider – Rekordelig

Do you do have a concession price for children, seniors, students? No, there are no concession prices with Matchday Hospitality. Please note, all guests in Matchday Hospitality areas under-18 also require an adult (aged 18 or over) to attend with them.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for a baby? Yes, babies will need their own ticket.

I don’t drink alcohol; can the price be reduced if I don’t want this included? No, package exclusions cannot be re-priced. We can note on the booking if you do not wish to be served alcohol on the day.

Can I cancel my booking? As standard, all our tickets are not subject to cancellation and therefore non-refundable, unless the game is rescheduled by two calendar days or more. For more information, please see our Matchday Hospitality terms and conditions.

Who is the former player in the suite? There are a number of former players who work in our Hospitality areas on a Matchday, we cannot confirm which player will be in specific suites until the day of the game

What are the Megastore opening times on a Matchday? On matchdays the Megastore is closed during the game and open 1 hour after the final whistle. Here are some example Megastore opening times on Match days based on kick off times: Saturday KO 12.30pm – 9.00-16.30 Saturday KO 3.00pm – 10.00-18.00 Saturday KO 5.30pm – 10.00-20.30 Sunday KO 1.00pm – 10.00-16.00 Sunday KO 2.00pm – 11.00-17.00 Sunday KO 4.00pm – 10.00-16.00 Mid-week KO 7.45pm – 10.00-22.45 Mid-week KO 8.00pm – 10.00-23.00 For the latest non-matchday opening hours, visit manutd.com/megastore Due to Sunday trading laws the Megastore is limited to 6 hours trading. Do I get complimentary car parking? Guests of our No.7 and Executive Box packages are eligible for complementary parking. Please email matchday.hospitality@manutd.co.uk to request a digital car parking pass For all other Matchday Hospitality packages, if you wish to purchase car parking you can do so by visiting manutd.com/carparking

How do I obtain a blue badge space? Please e-mail a member of our Fulfilment Team on matchday.hospitality@manutd.co.uk to order a digital blue badge parking space

What time can I arrive and park on a Matchday All Matchday car parks open 4 hours before Kick Off

Can I leave my car in the car park overnight? No, under no circumstances can cars be left overnight on any car parks

Can I arrange a message on the Scoreboard at half time? You can request this by sending an email with the fixture and message to – scoreboard@manutd.co.uk Please note, due to the number of requests we receive, we cannot guarantee this in advance

I am a disabled supporter; can I purchase hospitality tickets? Old Trafford stadium has some of the best accessible facilities in the World. All hospitality packages are available with accessibility seating bays, strictly on a first come, first served basis. For more information on available packages, or if you have a specific access request due to your accessible requirements then please contact the Matchday hospitality team via e-mail at matchday.hospitality@manutd.co.uk

Can I bring a carer / PA for free? Carers and PA’s will need to purchase a ticket into all Matchday Hospitality areas

Are the Matchday Hospitality areas fully accessible for wheelchair users? Yes, there are lifts from the ground floors up to all Matchday Hospitality areas

Can I bring a Walking Stick / Mobility scooter into the stadium? Crutches and walking aids are permitted into the stadium. You can also use a mobility scooter / wheelchair, please make a member of the sales team aware at the point of booking to ensure that your visit is as safe and smooth as possible.

Where are home fixtures played? Manchester United Women’s team play most of their home games at Leigh Sports Village; occasionally they will also play at Old Trafford. Read more on the Leigh Sport Village website.

What Hospitality options are available? Packages at LSV include a two-course meal with your main course served pre-match, dessert served at half-time and tea or coffee served post-match. There is a cash bar available throughout your experience with doors opening one-and-a-half hours before kick-off and closing one hour after the final whistle. Take your seat on the private balcony outside your box and enjoy United Women’s Team’s play in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League.

Hospitality at Old Trafford offers either Ticket + Hospitality with food and drink included or an option to purchase a private Executive Box. All options open three hours before kick-off, so relish the chance to watch the Women’s Team play on the hallowed turf at Old Trafford. Prices start from £35 per person.

Parking is included, but you must email matchday.hospitality@manutd.co.uk to request a space in order to be admitted into the car park.
