Accessible Facilities
Friends and Family Seating
We offer friends and family seating in the wheelchair areas of the North East and North West Quadrants.
The Ability Suite
Located in the South-East Quadrant and accessible to supporters with tickets in relevant areas, the Ability Suite has lowered kiosk facilities (suitable for those using a wheelchair), accessible toilets, television screens and is open before, during and after the game. Supporters are also able to use the Ability Suite to recharge their powered wheelchairs/scooters or portable ventilators.
There are alternative accessible catering options around the stadium, in any areas where accessible tickets are sold, meaning you can enjoy a drink or bite to eat whilst visiting.
Audio Commentary Headsets
These are available to collect from a steward adjacent to block E132 and do not need to be booked in advance. Commentary is provided by MUTV and starts at kick-off.
Any away supporters or supporters who sit elsewhere in the stadium (i.e not in block E132) who also require the use of one of the headsets can use these as they are wireless and work all over the stadium. These would need to be requested in advance by emailing accessibility@manutd.co.uk so arrangements can be made ahead of the game.
Changing Places Facility
We have two changing places facilities in the Stadium; one behind the East Stand Wheelchair Platform in the concourse adjacent to the South East Quadrant, and another in Stretford End Tier 2. These facilities are available for use by supporters who are unable to use standard accessible toilets, or anyone else who would require the use of it. The changing places facilities have more space than standard accessible toilets, and all the necessary equipment, including height adjustable changing benches and a hoists.

Megastore
The Megastore is fully accessible by wheelchair with a ramp at the entrance and exit. Removable handheld payment machines are available at the Customer Services Desk (at the back of the store) for supporters who may find it difficult making payment at the tills.
Car Parking
Parking permits will be posted to you (these may arrive separately from your match tickets) and it is really important you bring these with you to present on arrival.
For supporters in the accessible seating areas, car parking can be booked online at manutd.com/carparking or by calling 0161 524021. If you have a blue badge and require blue badge parking, please let the advisor know and ensure you bring this with you to display in your vehicle on the day of the game.
We also have a mobility buggy available for use from car park N3 to the stadium entrance just behind the Stretford End (west stand). The mobility buggy runs three times before a match and once after a match and is available for supporters who have mobility issues or difficulty walking longer distances but are not blue badge holders.
Museum & Tour and Red Café
Supporters who do not always require the use of a wheelchair can request to borrow one if requested in advance and this can be used for the Museum and Tour experience where needed. Arrangements can be made for sign language interpreters to be available but we would normally ask that people also book in advance.
Tours can be booked by ringing 0161 676 7770. Scripted tours can also be requested for those who are Deaf or hard of hearing. The Red Café is accessible except for the absence of wheelchair access to the window seating.
