Home Game Information

How to purchase accessible home tickets

All supporters who wish to attend a game must first join as an Official Member, which can be done online at www.manutd.com/membership or by calling 0161 868 8009 where an advisor would be more than happy to help.

In order to allocate match tickets based on supporter requirements, we require proof of disability (a DLA/PIP letter is sufficient) to be sent to our dedicated accessibility inbox (accessibility@manutd.co.uk). Once Official Membership has been purchased and we have received proof of disability, we will register the Official Member to be eligible to apply in our home game ballots / be able purchase tickets from available games. Note, if a personal assistant is required, we will offer a complimentary Official Membership and match ticket for this supporter.

How Official Members enter Home ballots

Each Premier League home game is balloted to Official Members. Ballot dates will show below once the fixtures and dates have been confirmed for the 2020/21 season.
When applications are available, Official Members can apply online by visiting manutd.com/tickets or by calling 0161 868 8009. Note, as and when we have home cup fixtures, application dates will be added to this page and communicated via email.

Accessible Car Parking

For supporters who wish to book accessible car parking, you can do this by contacting the ticket office on 0161 868 8009.

You must have a blue badge which you will need to display in your vehicle on the day of the game.

If you do not hold a blue badge, we also have a mobility buggy available for use - this runs from car park N3 to the stadium entrance just behind the Stretford End (west stand). The mobility buggy runs around three times before a match (depending on demand) and once after a match. Note, this is available for supporters who have mobility difficulties or difficulty in walking longer distances, not blue badge holders.

Accessible Season Ticket Holder Ticket Exchange

After a request from Manchester United Disabled Supporters’ Association (MUDSA), the club have implemented a ticket exchange for accessible Season Ticket holders only.

This allows accessible Season Ticket holders who are unable to attend a game, to return their ticket to the club for an accessible Member to use (subject to our ability to resell).

Accessible Season Ticket holders have until 5pm on the last working day before each game to cancel the ticket and be issued a refund. The seat will then be offered to an accessible Member who was unsuccessful in the relevant game ballot. If the ticket is cancelled and refunded before the ballot takes place, the seat will be allocated through the ballot process. The Season Ticket will be cancelled for that game and the ticket will be added to the Membership card of the supporter attending. 

This will remain an option for all accessible Season Ticket holders with a seat in the accessible seating area, and they will be entitled to a refund for each game they cannot attend (including compulsory cup games). Accessible Season Ticket holders can call 0161 868 8009 to process this, and there will be no limit on the amount of games they do this for.
