Erik ten Hag's men are beaten late on at the Amex Stadium, after Alexis Mac Allister's penalty proved pivotal. United were presented with a chance almost instantaneously, with Antony racing through on goal inside the opening two minutes of the encounter only for our no.21 to flash his effort just wide. As the first half etched on, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial also had their own chances to open the scoring, with Jason Steele keeping our efforts at bay. The second half was played at a much slower tempo and with the game seemingly heading for a stalemate, referee Andre Marriner spotted a handball by Luke Shaw and subsequently pointed to the spot. Mac Allister stepped up to convert from twelve yards, with the Seagulls claiming all three points.
