The final whistle has gone and United have won at Stamford Bridge for the first time since 2020 to move 10 points clear of the sixth-placed Blues with five league games remaining. Matheus Cunha's eighth goal of the campaign shortly before the break proved the difference. The Reds had to survive some nervous moments and Chelsea hit the crossbar twice in the second half but Michael Carrick's side dug in and have now completed the league double over the Blues.
