“Of course it is (progress). We have improved and we have been better at winning games towards the end of games. Our fitness now, with all the games we’ve had, the boys are capable of churning out 90 minutes and the fitter you are the more you can do, I have always said that. United finish a tough afternoon on a positive note by grabbing a late third. Burnley defended well throughout the game and got themselves back on level terms on 50 minutes, not long after Greenwood had opened the scoring. The youngster then put us ahead again with a strike inside the box, before Cavani finished it off in style late on with his 10th United goal. It's a result that helps cut the gap to leaders City and strengths our position in the Champions League places.
