What an afternoon for United's top-four hopes! As well as doing our own job by eventually seeing off a spirited Norwich City side 3-2, the Reds have benefited from defeats for two of the teams above us in the race for a Champions League place. Spurs lost 1-0 at home to Brighton in the lunchtime kick-off and now Arsenal have been beaten too, going down by the same 1-0 scoreline at Southampton.
