"Early on in the season, in a meeting, we brought it up that we didn't win many points from the end of games last season. We have a tradition for doing that at this club and it's happened many times at that end [of the pitch]. Now we've won quite a few points towards the end of games and that's both a mental aspect but also a physical aspect." *Speaking to Amazon Prime

“I’m full of admiration for United because they worked hard and never gave in. Marcus showed that by chasing down a long ball and getting the goal. In the second half we kept going and it was the United we’ve got so used to seeing over the years. It’s a never-say-die attitude and it’s great to see.”

“It was a totally different game from the one with Leeds. We knew tonight was going to be tough and tight but we did what we needed to. Our defensive players were great. Traore was kept quiet. Neto was taken off after half-time and I didn’t see much from Podence. We deserved that over the 90 minutes.”

What a way to finish the calendar year! The Reds grab the win after a spirited finish to our match against Wolves. Ole's men showed the more intent and drive towards the end and our ambition was rewarded with Rashford grabbing the winner. The three points mean we move up to second in the table, two points off top spot.

The Reds grab an injury-time strike courtesy of the star of 2020: Marcus Rashford. The striker, whose off-the-field work has garnered so much news, rounds the year off by grabbing potentially our last goal of the calendar year. Marcus latched onto a long ball into the opposition half and drove at the Wolves backline, before unleashing a powerful effort towards the goal, which took a fortunate deflection off Roman Saiss and nestled in the corner of the net.

There's still plenty of time for a winner as we pass the 90-minute mark.

Our no.18 smashed an effort towards goal, but it was blocked by Wolves stalwart Coady inside the box. There were some half-hearted calls for a penalty after the ball struck Coady's arm, but the referee wasn't having it, as we enter the last five minutes.
84 MINS
It's a busy night for our keeper. He's just ran into the Wolves wideman Traore off the ball. It looked to be a painful one and David required some medical treatment - thankfully, he's ok to continue.
