Andre Onana named in CAF FIFPro Men's Best XI

Andre Onana has been named as goalkeeper in the CAF FIFPro Men's Best XI of 2024.

The United and Cameroon stopper was confirmed in the selection at the 2024 CAF awards, which celebrated the best of African football this year, in Marrakech, Morocco.

Onana was recognised for his performances for both club and country, with Andre playing an integral role in our Emirates FA Cup success last May.

He has also been one of the best performers so far this season, winning the club's Player of the Month prize in September and claiming the Premier League's Save of the Month award twice.

Onana has also been a regular presence for his nation since coming out of retirement shortly after signing for United.

He played at the Africa Cup of Nations earlier this year for the Indomitable Lions and also helped Marc Brys's side qualify for the next edition of the tournament, to be played next December.
