Voting for Manchester United's Goal of the Month prize for April is now officially open.
Michael Carrick's side posted two wins and one defeat from three games across the month, which leaves the Reds well positioned for a return to European football.
With four goals to choose from, the shortlist is a little lighter than usual, but don't let that deter you from having your say.
Stuck on who deserves your support? Fear not, we've compiled a little reminder on each contender, as well as the shortlist video down below...
Be quick, however, with voting set to close on Friday morning!
CASEMIRO
vs Leeds United
United were chasing the game in the second half, after Whites forward Noah Okafor had already struck twice at the Stretford End to help Daniel Farke’s side race into a two-goal lead. Lisandro Martinez's red card also meant it was an uphill task to get anything from the game, but Casemiro wasn't willing to go down without a fight. The Brazilian popped up with a timely header at the back post following Bruno Fernandes's delicious cross, sending the Stretford End wild. It wasn't to be on that occasion in M16 in terms of a victory, but Case's goal has a rightful place on April's shortlist.
MATHEUS CUNHA
vs Chelsea
Carrick took his side to Stamford Bridge knowing a win would be huge in our quest for Champions League football next season. After a back-and-forth start in the capital, Fernandes raced down the right flank and squared the ball back across the Chelsea box, only to find Matheus Cunha ready and waiting. The ex-Wolves man finished powerfully past Robert Sanchez, marking the only goal of the game, and thus yielding a big three points in the process.
CASEMIRO
vs Brentford
We’re getting pretty used to writing about Casemiro at this point, as the United midfielder continues to etch his name into the hearts of our supporters with his standout performances this season. The win against Brentford was no different, named Man of the Match for his brilliant all-action display at the Theatre of Dreams. His second goal on April’s listings is very similar to that of his previous one v Leeds, only this time, it was Harry Maguire who got the assist, as our no.18 powered home a header with pinpoint precision to hand us an 11th-minute lead.
BENJAMIN SESKO
vs Brentford
Big Ben is earning quite the reputation in his first full season as a Red, and his latest goal was huge. It’s everything we’ve come to love about watching United under Carrick, starting with Amad’s brilliant tackle to kick the move off. That allows Fernandes the opportunity to race through the pitch, with Benjamin Sesko on one side and Bryan Mbeumo on the other. Our no.8 chose to go left, and the Slovenian cleverly rounds Nathan Collins, who dives in to stop him, and smashes the ball past Caoimhin Kelleher. Will that one win April’s prize?
