Takeaways from our March Fans' forum

Fan representatives and senior club officials met at Old Trafford on Thursday 12 March for the third Fans’ Forum of the 2025/26 season.

The Fans’ Forum meets in person, four times per season, to discuss matters impacting supporters across fan experience, ticketing policy and matchday operations.

The forum is a collective body representing all fans across our global and diverse fanbase and provides an environment for positive, constructive dialogue, ideation and engagement.

We’ve collated your top takeaways from the March Fans’ Forum below...

MEET THE TEAM

SUPPORTERS' CLUBS' TICKETS

We are pleased to confirm 1,000 tickets will be retained exclusively for our official supporters’ clubs for men’s games at Old Trafford next season.

TICKET SANCTIONS

The club is completing a comprehensive review of ticket sanctions, in collaboration with official fan bodies, to ensure a fair, proportionate, justifiable process which is in line with Premier League best practice ahead of the 26/27 season.

STADIUM ENTRY

We are continuing to make improvements to ease stadium entry at Old Trafford. We encourage all match-going fans to arrive at least an hour before kick-off, and we will continue to trial 25 per cent off concourse kiosks during this time.

TICKET DATA

The club will work with fan reps to plan for the re-introduction of ticket data publishing for home games at Old Trafford next season and in European away ticket collections (should we qualify).

PREMIER LEAGUE MORNINGS LIVE

Manchester United is confirmed to attend the upcoming Premier League Mornings Live fan festival in Tampa Bay from 18-19 April. Local and travelling supporters can register to join us out in Florida here.

Following the success of the pre-game fan zone at our United Women v PSG game in November, we will once again be opening International Suite for supporters ahead of our UEFA Women's Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich on Wednesday 25 March. Free to enter for ticket holders from 16:30 GMT until 19:15 GMT. Get your photo with the Women's Euro trophy, enjoy player appearances, live music, face paints, giveaways and more.
