The microphones could hardly pick up what he or Mason Greenwood were saying, such was the noise around them, and both had to be given sets of earphones so they could hear Des Kelly's questions.

It was a wonderful moment for Bruno after so many of his match-winning contributions at United over the last year have been made inside empty stadiums. This time, he got the recognition he deserved from a set of fans who utterly adore him.

Pogba shows Lindelof appreciation

Having already notched a hat-trick of assists by the time Victor Lindelof played Fernandes through with a brilliant long ball, Paul Pogba was the first to pay tribute to the Swedish defender, acknowledging his role in the goal while the rest of Old Trafford looked at Bruno.

The apprentice pleases the master.

The rest of the United team mobbed Bruno, but Pogba sought out Lindelof, and rightly so!

Bruno asks for the match-ball

You could tell throughout the 90 minutes that Bruno, as is customary when scoring a hat-trick, was determined to take the match-ball home with him, and that was true at full-time as well, when he had to ask referee Paul Tierney if it was alright if he carried the ball off the pitch rather than leave it with the man with the whistle.

Bruno makes a beeline for the ball.

Support from the bench

United scored our fifth goal while Jadon Sancho was warming up, and our new signing jumped in to join the celebrations, but it wasn't only players on the touchline getting involved with goal celebrations.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer isn't always one to leap from his seat in celebration, but when the moment calls for it, and United play in such style, he's up and smiling, and on Saturday, he had plenty of chances to do so!

We all love to see Ole celebrating our goals.
