Manchester United travel to Molineux and play Wolverhampton Wanderers in Monday night’s sole Premier League fixture.
The Reds shared the points with West Ham United after a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford on Thursday – a disappointing result after Diogo Dalot’s opener was cancelled out by Soungoutou Magassa.
The games are coming thick and fast as we move further into December, with this being the second outing of six this month for Ruben Amorim’s men.
United sit eighth in the table ahead of the 15th round of matches, and only two points behind fourth-placed Chelsea with the league as tightly contested as ever.
Here’s all you need to know before our trip to the Black Country…
HOW TO WATCH AND FOLLOW
This is the first of two consecutive Monday night games for the Reds, and will be televised as part of Monday Night Football on Sky Sports.
Kick-off is at 20:00 GMT and, as usual, the game will be covered across our official channels, including MUTV, Manutd.com and the United app, where we will have match updates, in-game data and all the full-time reaction after the final whistle.
Check back in from midnight for short and extended highlights too.
TEAM NEWS
Matheus Cunha was back in action on Thursday night after missing the games against Everton and Crystal Palace due to injury.
Cunha, who scored 33 goals in 92 appearances for Monday’s hosts, will be back at his old ground for the first time since his transfer was completed in June.
Player of the Month Matthijs De Ligt was absent for the game against West Ham, but Ruben Amorim has hinted that he will be good to go against Wolves, while Diogo Dalot, who left the pitch shortly after scoring against the Hammers, should also be available for selection.
Benjamin Sesko and Harry Maguire have missed the last few games and there has been no update on the pair ahead of this fixture.
Wolves head coach Rob Edwards will be without key midfielder Joao Gomes, through suspension, while Marshall Munetsi has suffered a calf problem. Daniel Bentley, Leon Chiwome, Rodrigo Gomes, Ladislav Krejcl and Fernando Lopez are set to remain sidelined.
FORM GUIDE
Amorim’s side ended November strongly, with the 2-1 win at Palace following the surprise home defeat against 10-men Everton.
We’re now unbeaten in four games on the road, as draws at Nottingham Forest and Tottenham Hotspur before that trip to London followed October’s memorable victory over Liverpool.
Wolves sit bottom, on two points, and are still looking for their first win of the season.
Rob Edwards, who replaced Vitor Pereira at the helm a few weeks ago, has lost each of his first three games in charge, and Nottingham Forest became the latest side to escape from Molineux with all three points during the week.
DID YOU KNOW?
Manchester United have only ever lost eight Premier League games against sides starting the day bottom of the table. However, 25 per cent of these (2/8) came against Wolves at Molineux, in January 2004 and February 2011.
Cunha has been involved in 11 goals in his last 12 Premier League appearances at Molineux (six goals, five assists), scoring and assisting a goal in this exact fixture for Wolves last season.
