After Casemiro scored the opener in Manchester United's 2-1 win over Brentford, Harry Maguire said afterwards: “I thought I was good at attacking in the box until I met him.”
The brilliant Brazilian found the net for the third successive home game and it was his eighth headed goal of the campaign, his last at Old Trafford.
It has been something the serial winner has perfected over time and has helped United remain in the top three of the Premier League, as we close in on a place in next term's UEFA Champions League.
Such a conclusion would be a fitting finale for the 34-year-old, who won that competition five times with Real Madrid and has earned the adulation of the United faithful.
The club has had some tremendous headers of a ball over the years, particularly going way all the way back to the Sir Matt Busby era.
Tommy Taylor leaps to mind and others since him, including the likes of Joe Jordan and Frank Stapleton, were centre-forwards famed for their aerial prowess.
However, looking at the Premier League only, we naturally enlisted the help of leading statisticians to see just where Case ranks.
It enables us to attempt to answer the question in terms of goal output but the debate is still on as to whether he is the most effective we have seen since 1992/93, particularly considering his position in the team.
If you look at players with a minimum of 10 goals in the competition for the Reds, only defensive great Nemanja Vidic has a higher percentage of goals scored from headers.
Casemiro has 11 headers from his 15 United strikes, in total, in the league and this translates to 73.3 per cent. Vidic finished with 80% (12 from 15), while seven of team-mate Maguire's league goals for the club have been with his head, suggesting, for all his modesty, the centre-back really needs to be in any conversation of this nature.
So our no.18 is only one behind Vidic in the overall list for headed goals in the Premier League, but who holds the record?
The table has Wayne Rooney, our all-time leading goalscorer, at the summit, only one ahead though of Paul Scholes, who showed that it is not all about height but technique when it comes to perfecting the art.
PLAYERS WITH 10+ HEADED PL GOALS FOR UNITED

While appreciating the number of headers bagged by some of the strikers on the list, we feel there is perhaps an argument that they scored a lot of goals so would naturally rack up decent numbers in this field too.
Hence, our poll has been curated by a personal judgement of players we would instantly associate with an ability to nod the ball home, including more defenders and midfielders. Also, we have emphasised the attacking threat so, for instance, Jaap Stam, who never scored with a header for the club but was dominant in defence, is not included.
