Premier League fixtures update

Manchester United's Premier League schedule in May has become clearer, as we approach the run-in to the season.

Ruben Amorim's men will begin the final month of the campaign with a Sunday clash away to Brentford.

The game in the capital has been moved to a 14:00 BST kick-off on 4 May but will not be shown live on television in the UK. The switch is because the Bees are facing Nottingham Forest three days earlier, with that original clash postponed due to our opponents on Tuesday reaching the Emirates FA Cup semi-finals.

United will also hope that we will have had a Europa League semi-final on the Thursday too, if we can progress past Lyon at the last-eight stage.

Our match on the following weekend, against West Ham United, has also not been selected for live TV broadcast.

However, if we do meet either Athletic Club or Rangers on Thursday 8 May in the second leg of the European semi-final, it would have to move from its current 15:00 BST slot on the Saturday.

We await details on the trip to Chelsea in our penultimate league fixture but the last day against Aston Villa, at Old Trafford, is set for Sunday 25 May.
