When are United's cup dates in 2025/26?
Manchester United will kick off our domestic cup campaign in August.
Ruben Amorim's Reds are entering the Carabao Cup at the second-round stage due to our lack of European football.
The fixture is due to be staged in the midweek following our second Premier League outing of 2025/26, the away game at Fulham, on 26/27 August.
A preliminary round has been introduced at the start of the month, followed by the next stage in week commencing 11 August.

If Ruben's side progress, we will be joined in the third-round draw by the nine teams who have qualified for Europe - Arsenal, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Manchester City, Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest and Tottenham Hotspur.
These ties are due to be split around two midweeks in September (16/17 & 23/24).
The two-legged semi-finals remain in place with the final to be played at Wembley on Sunday 22 March 2026.
We last lifted the trophy in 2023, beating the current holders Newcastle United 2-0, thanks to goals from Casemiro and Marcus Rashford.
The Emirates FA Cup, which we won in 2023/24 by beating Manchester City in the final, gets under way in early 2026 for all Premier League sides.
The third round is due to be held around the weekend of 10/11 January.
The showpiece final is at Wembley on Saturday 16 May 2026.
