When we'll wear the third kit
Everyone's talking about the new Manchester United x adidas third kit, which was released on Tuesday morning.
The strip, which features a bold design rooted in '90s nostalgia, looks great, but when will we first see it in action?
Our first two Premier League away games are at Fulham, on Sunday 24 August, and Manchester City, three weeks later.
United reveal new adidas third kit
ArticleThe black strip - reimagining one of our most iconic '90s kits - is available now at United Store.
United will be able to sport the red home shirt for those outings, but the trip to Brentford in late September will necessitate a change.
The Bees, of course, play in red-and-white stripes, meaning the home and away kits will both be out of use, and the black third will be required.
We're also set to sport the third kit at Nottingham Forest, Wolves, Arsenal and Sunderland later in the Premier League season.
There could also be further dates in the two cup competitions, and we'll discover United's Carabao Cup second-round opponents on Wednesday evening.
The draw takes place live on Sky Sports in the build-up to the Birmingham City v Sheffield United tie.
We're involved at an earlier stage of the competition than usual this term, due to our lack of European qualification.
