"It was a great atmosphere, from both sets of supporters, and especially having our fans behind the goal here was great for us. I can't wait [to get the fans back at Old Trafford]. Hopefully, as many as possible will come and it's not very long for the season to start so we need to get going." *Book your seats for United v Brentford on Wednesday (KO 20:00) via manutd.com/tickets.
"We could have had three or four more goals. There was some very good movement from Anthony Elanga, with his energy, enthusiasm, pace and quality. There's not too much to worry about [in this result]."
"You're never happy when you concede goals but it was a good exercise again, and good learning for some of the young ones. It's a check where we are and a test where we are for the older and more experienced ones as well. Towards the end, I enjoyed the football the kids played, they could have crumbled after the goals we conceded, but they got hold of the ball and scored a very good goal."
"We are not fresh yet and we have had some problems in some positions in the last couple of days. But we are not looking for excuses for this result today, we just have to keep working hard. The kids are understanding what they have to do in senior football and I have to say they worked very well. As you know on Wednesday we have another good match, against Brentford at Old Trafford, so we have to keep working and see where we can improve."

FT
The outcome might be a hard one to take, especially with three goals conceded in the space of six second-half minutes, but 22 United players have more minutes in their legs after a challenging warm-up game. The likes of Elanga and Shoretire, who combined well for our second-half goal, have also gained some useful experience out there today.

United's recent dominance of the ball makes sense when you consider how often these young players have teamed up at Under-23 level. The Reds have been on top since Elanga's goal but haven't quite been able to reduce the deficit even further.
83 MINS
Joe Hugill came close to doing what we've seen him do countless times on MUTV - score a predator's goal - but QPR keeper Walsh made up for his loose pass by blocking the resulting shot.
79 MINS
Bernard, Fish and Hugill come on for Williams, Mengi and Tuanzebe.
76 MINS
That excellent curling strike from Elanga has given Ole's young second-half side a boost and has inspired chants of 'attack, attack, attack' from the vocal away end. Is the comeback on? Let's hope so.
74 MINS
Get in! Some hope for the Reds as Anthony receives Shoretire's pass, controls it perfectly and beats the keeper with a brilliant shot.
72 MINS
It wasn't a pleasant seven minutes for any Reds watching the game as QPR fired home three goals in quick succession to fully turn this game on its head. A raft of substitutions have since followed though so hopefully that will help us find a way back into the game. It will be tough though, as Mark Warburton's team are certainly buoyant at 4-1 up.
71 MINS
For the record, the hosts have also made multiple changes. At half-time, Walsh replaced Dieng in goal, Dunne came on for centre-back de Wijs and Dykes, who has since scored twice, took over from Austin up front. More recently, Adomah, Kelman, Thomas, Masterson, Kakay and McCallum have entered the fray with Willock, Odubjao, Barbet, Dickie, Wallace and Chair have gone off. Just in case you were wondering.
