One of Manchester United's three Africa Cup of Nations representatives is certain to return on the back of Friday's quarter-final between Morocco and Cameroon.
Noussair Mazraoui and Bryan Mbeumo's nations both advanced to the last eight of the competition on Sunday.
Hosts Morocco overcame Tanzania 1-0, thanks to a great goal by Brahim Diaz, with Mazraoui producing a solid game at left-back to help preserve a clean sheet, before being withdrawn with 14 minutes remaining.
After that tie, Cameroon saw off South Africa 2-1, despite a late rally by Bafana Bafana.
The Indomitable Lions led through Stoke City's Junior Tchamadeu in the first half, with the goal given after a lengthy VAR check, and doubled the advantage when youngster Christian Kofane headed home, two minutes after the break.
Kofane was unable to wrap things up when latching onto a through ball by Mbeumo but, instead, Evidence Makgopa reduced the arrears late on, netting from close range.
However, Cameroon held out to set up a date with Morocco on Friday, kicking off at 19:00 GMT at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.
United play at Burnley on Wednesday in the Premier League, before welcoming Brighton & Hove Albion to Old Trafford for an Emirates FA Cup third-round tie on Sunday afternoon.
Tickets are still available for the game against the Seagulls.
Our other AFCON representative, Amad, is in action with Ivory Coast on Tuesday, as he bids to also progress to the quarter-finals, following the 19:00 GMT kick-off against Burkina Faso.
