Confirmed: Wout's Fantasy Premier League price
Manchester United centre-forward Wout Weghorst has been added to the official Fantasy Premier League game, following his loan move to the Reds.
Weghorst joined United from Burnley for the rest of the season on Friday, having spent the first half of the campaign with Turkish giants Besiktas.
The Dutch international is now in contention to make his Reds debut during Wednesday’s league trip to Crystal Palace, and although it is currently possible to select Weghorst, fantasy managers will not be able to earn points for any of his potential involvements in the midweek fixture.
That is because our visit to Selhurst Park is the second United match in Gameweek 20, for which the deadline to transfer players in and out has already passed, but users can get ahead and bring in Weghorst prior to our Gameweek 21 encounter, away to Arsenal.

If the Netherlands international can work his way towards getting regular minutes leading the line for United in the second half of the season, he could provide interesting value for those looking to invest in the Reds.
Our new no.27 comes in at a cheaper price than Anthony Martial (£6.6m), Marcus Rashford (£7.1m), Bruno Fernandes (£9.8m) and Christian Eriksen (£6.3m) – the four most advanced players picked by Erik ten Hag for Saturday’s win in the Manchester derby.
The striker also has Premier League experience from his initial stint with Burnley last season, registering five goal involvements and 55 FPL points in the second half of the 2021/22 campaign.
At the recent World Cup, he also showed that he can make a difference off the bench if required – which could still mean valuable FPL points - scoring a memorable double as a substitute in the Netherlands’ epic quarter-final against Argentina.
