A World Cup-winning midfielder with plenty of pedigree at the highest level.
Until her move to Manchester United, Irene Guerrero had only played football in her native Spain, starting out at Real Betis in 2015 and making more than 100 appearances for the club.
After making her senior debut for Spain in April 2019, Guerrero moved to Levante UD in 2020, and continued to shine in Liga F.
Her form earned the midfielder a move to Atletico Madrid in 2022, after Guerrero had represented Spain at Euro 2022.
One year later, after winning the 2023 Women's World Cup with her nation in Australia and New Zealand, the Spain star moved to Manchester United on transfer deadline day.
