What a finish at Old Trafford. Ruben Amorim's side edge this one by a two-goal margin and make it three consecutive Premier League wins in a row. Matheus Cunha got the ball rolling with his first for the club, before Casemiro made it two just before the interval. The Reds made it three as Bryan Mbeumo netted again at Old Trafford, before Brighton pulled two goals back, first through Danny Welbeck and then Charalampos Kostoulas. But all was forgotten as Mbeumo scored another goal to make sure of the victory and record another victory at the Theatre of Dreams.
