Manchester United youngster Hannibal is unable to make his senior debut at the moment due to injury.
The French midfielder has impressed in the Under-23s and joined first-team training recently but then hurt his shoulder during the Premier League 2 victory over Arsenal.
Unfortunately, the 18-year-old is set to be sidelined for around a month so, while Amad and Shola Shoretire are in the squad for the round-of-32 second leg at Old Trafford against Real Sociedad, the former Monaco man is forced into a watching brief.
“Hannibal is injured,”
Ole said at his press conference before Thursday's game. “Unfortunately, he got injured in the Reserves so he'll be out for a month.
”So he was just coming into our squad and, unfortunately for him, he is out.“
In a separate interview with MUTV's Stewart Gardner, the manager confirmed Ethan Galbraith could be involved after the young Northern Ireland midfielder was added to the B list for the Europa League.
“Galbraith will be with us," he said. “Hannibal unfortunately injured his shoulder in the Reserves so he’ll be out for a few weeks. He was just on his way into the squad and training with us but that’s football. He’ll come back stronger, I am sure, and he knows he’s not far away."

Galbraith performed well in the Under-23s' defeat to Everton earlier this week and played in the pre-season friendly against Aston Villa last year.
The 19-year-old made his senior debut for the club as a substitute in the European game against Astana in November 2019.
